If I'm placed in New Zealand.... no I'm going to be positiive about this... When I'm placed in New Zealand ;) I will HAVE to make a trip to Ashburton, home of the Ashford Spinning Wheel. The first wheel I ever spun on was an Ashford. Then my mom gave me one of her old wheels, a Clems & Clems, after I fell in love with it. When I moved away to college I couldn't take my wheel since it was so big and heavy. Christmas before last my dad bought me an Ashford Kiwi, which I just love. It fits perfectly in my closet at the dorm and I've taken it to classes off and on to demonstrate spinning.
